These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website (realauthenticwellness.com), the RAW mobile app, and the services and facilities of RAW — Real. Authentic. Wellness. (“RAW,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operated by RAW HEADQUARTERS LLC, located at 325 W. Huron St., Suite 100, Chicago, IL 60654. By creating an account, booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enter into these Terms. Minors may use our services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian as permitted by our policies.
2. Our Services
RAW offers fitness classes, personal training, recovery services, nutrition services, on-demand content, events, and related memberships and packages. Service offerings, schedules, instructors, and pricing may change.
3. Accounts and App
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Use of the RAW mobile app is also subject to the applicable app-store terms (e.g., Apple).
4. Memberships, Packages, and Billing
Membership and package terms, including price, billing cycle, and included benefits, are presented at the time of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each billing date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel in accordance with the terms disclosed at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current term unless required by law.
- Refunds: Except where required by law or expressly stated, purchases are non-refundable. Packages and class credits may expire as disclosed at purchase.
- Price changes: We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.
5. Booking, Cancellation, and No-Shows
Classes and appointments are subject to availability. Late-cancellation and no-show policies (including any fees or forfeited credits) are disclosed at booking. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may be denied entry for safety reasons.
6. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise and recovery services carry inherent risks. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise or wellness program. By participating, you represent that you are physically able to participate and you voluntarily assume the risks of participation. You agree to disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations and to follow staff instructions. Any separate waiver, release, or liability form you sign with us is incorporated into these Terms.
RAW does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition and recovery services are for general wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical care.
7. Rules of Conduct
You agree to use our facilities, website, and app respectfully and lawfully, to follow posted rules and staff directions, and not to harass others, misuse equipment, or engage in unsafe behavior. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that endangers others or violates these Terms.
8. User Content
If you post reviews, comments, or other content to us or our platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.
9. Intellectual Property
The RAW name, logos, on-demand content, and all site and app materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. On-demand content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website and app rely on third-party services (such as our booking platform, payment processor, and app stores). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website, app, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAW and its owners, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RAW harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration will be the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
