Personal training at RAW runs two ways. Both give you a dedicated coach and a program built for your goals. Whether you train solo or bring 2–4 people along, it’s the same coach quality and the same programming intention — the difference is energy.

Solo Training
The most focused training environment at RAW. Full session, full attention. Every cue, every correction, every rep tracked back to your program.

Consult & assess
Your first session is a fitness assessment — movement screen, goal conversation, and the start of your program. Not a sales call. Not a trial.

Program begins
From session two, you’re in a program. Your coach tracks progress, updates the plan, and holds you to the standard you set in that first conversation.
