RAW Class Schedule
The RAW System
Three pillars. One system.
Everything we program — every class name, every time slot, every coaching decision — is built on three commitments. Remove any one of them and the system collapses.
01
Results
A push/pull/power split that guarantees every muscle group is trained in every three-day block — regardless of which days you attend. Progress is measurable. Benchmarks are tracked. You will feel the difference in four weeks.
02
Community
Day identity — Monday is Ignite, Wednesday is Build, Friday is Grind — creates shared ritual. You don’t just come to work out. You come to Monday. That language builds belonging faster than any program feature can.
03
Consistency
Every Forge class on the same day runs the same theme. Every day carries Hardline. The structure never changes. What grows within it — coaching, programming, capacity, community — does.
Format One
Forge
Coach-led group strength with a consistent weekly focus. Monday means legs. Wednesday means upper body. Friday and Saturday mean full body power. Every trainer brings their own approach — the theme never changes.
- Ignite · Legs + glutes · Monday Push
- Build · Back + shoulders · Wednesday Pull
- Grind · Full body power · Fri + Sat Power
- Burn · HIIT · cardio · core · Friday evening Burn
Format Two
Hardline
Specialty disciplines with capped class sizes and coaches who know your name. Skill-first, technique-driven, performance-obsessed. Every day carries at least one Hardline class.
- Strike · Boxing Skill
- Clash · Muay Thai · evenings Skill
- Iron · Kettlebell Skill
- Redline · Hyrox prep · official club Race
Format Three
Downshift
Mindful movement, intentional recovery, and restorative practice. The third format isn’t about doing less — it’s about doing the work that makes everything else possible. Currently on Sundays.
- Restore · Stretch + recovery · Sunday Restore
- Flow · Mindful movement · Sunday Flow
What makes it ours
Different by design.
We studied the best boutique studios in Chicago and built something better — not by ignoring what works, but by being honest about what was missing.
Named energy, not anatomy
Other studios name classes by muscle group. Clinical. Efficient. But it erases coach identity and intimidates newer members. We replaced anatomy with energy — Ignite, Build, Grind — and kept the focus context right underneath it. You still know exactly what you’re training. You just look forward to it differently.
A complete fitness ecosystem
Most boutique studios give you a class and a locker room. RAW gives you a full training floor, four class formats, and a recovery suite — sauna, cold plunge, compression boots, and Sigma Q advanced recovery technology — alongside access to INA’s spa services next door.
The coach is the brand
RAW doesn’t hide behind its coaches — it builds alongside them. Coach names are on the schedule. Hardline classes are capped at 12 so every coach knows every person in the room. RAW invests in each coach’s identity and following as deliberately as we build our own.
Chicago’s Hyrox home
Chicago is one of the fastest-growing Hyrox markets in the world — events sell out by lottery. RAW is an official Hyrox Training Club. Hardline Redline is the only dedicated Hyrox prep program in River North, built on the official format.
Built with intention
Built with purpose. Built to last.
The RAW System is a founder’s vision — a premium fitness environment where results, community, and consistency aren’t trade-offs but the same thing.
This system is the operational expression of that vision: to take the ambition of what RAW could be and build a structure rigorous enough to deliver it, at scale, every day. The schedule is intentionally evolving. The system underneath it is not. Forge and Hardline, the class names, the day identities, the instructor-forward philosophy — these are the constants. Everything else grows with us.
Class descriptions · Three formats
Every class, explained.
Three formats, one complete approach. Every Forge class on the same day follows the same focus. Hardline classes are capped at 12. Downshift is how you earn the right to go hard again.
Forge · Monday
Ignite
Legs + glutes
Monday means legs. This session builds from the ground up — squats, hinges, lunges, and loaded carries that develop the strength and stability your entire week depends on. Every trainer brings their own approach to the foundational movements, but the result is always the same: you leave with your legs worked and your posture better for it. All levels, always coached.
Forge · Wednesday
Build
Back + shoulders
Wednesday is your pull day. Rows, pull variations, pressing patterns, and the shoulder and arm work that makes everything else feel easier. We build upper body strength the right way — through range of motion, control, and progressive load. Whether you’re chasing your first pull-up or adding plates to a press, Wednesday Forge meets you where you are and pushes you further.
Forge · Friday + Saturday
Grind
Full body power
Everything. This is where the week’s work comes together — compound movements that demand strength, coordination, and output from head to toe. Expect heavier lifts, functional pairings, and a conditioning finisher that leaves nothing on the table. Friday Grind closes the week. Saturday Grind starts the weekend right.
Hardline · Boxing
Strike
Technique · Cardio · Coordination
Technique first, intensity second. Hardline Strike teaches you to actually box — stance, footwork, combinations, and the kind of bag work that makes your shoulders and lungs earn their keep. No experience required, no egos tolerated. Just you, the bag, and a coach who will not let you get away with sloppy form. Gloves provided, or bring your own.
Hardline · Muay Thai · Evenings only
Clash
Striking skill · Full body · Cardio
The art of eight limbs. Hardline Clash trains you in the striking system used by fighters worldwide — punches, kicks, elbows, and knees — delivered through structured pad work and technique drills that build real skill alongside serious conditioning. You don’t need to fight to train like a fighter. You just need to show up ready to work.
Hardline · Kettlebell
Iron
Full body strength + power
One tool. Total body. Kettlebell training is deceptively simple and brutally effective — swings, cleans, presses, and carries that build strength, power, and endurance simultaneously. Hardline Iron focuses on mastering the fundamentals before adding load — learn to move well first, move heavy second. The result is strength that translates everywhere.
Hardline · Hyrox · Official Training Club
Redline
Endurance + Functional strength
Train like you’re racing. Redline is built on the Hyrox format — eight functional workout stations alternated with running — and prepares you for both the event and the standard it sets. Ski erg, sled push, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, farmer carries. Whether you’re competing or just want to know what elite fitness actually feels like, Redline delivers. RAW is an official Hyrox Training Club.
Downshift · Sunday
Restore
Stretch + recovery
Recovery is not optional — it’s the other half of training. Restore is a guided stretch and recovery session designed to undo the week: releasing tension in the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine through long-hold stretches, assisted mobility work, and breathwork. Come in tight. Leave feeling like yourself again.
Downshift · Sunday
Flow
Mindful movement
Intentional movement at a pace that lets you actually feel what you’re doing. Flow brings together elements of yoga, functional mobility, and guided breathwork in a sequence that connects strength to flexibility, effort to ease. The INA side of your membership was built for this. Let it work.
