At Real Authentic Wellness, training isn’t random — it’s built on a system.

The RAW Method fuses hybrid training with progressive health to build strength, improve conditioning, sharpen focus, and support long-term performance. Every class falls into one of three training families, each class complements the next. Nothing is accidental. This isn’t just training — it’s a system built to evolve with you.

For optimal results, we recommend balancing your week across all three families:

2–3 Function classes
1–2 Grit classes
1 Restore class

This balance creates the consistency, resistance, and recovery your body needs to break plateaus and build sustainable results.


RAW Function

RAW Function is a performance driven circuit class built with intentional strength and functional movement.

Each class moves through structured strength blocks, integrated core work, and intervals designed to build balance, power, and real-world endurance. Programming is purposeful and progressive — emphasizing quality reps, controlled intensity, and long-term results over burnout.

Every session is coach-led with a focus on form and scalable progress.

RAW Grit

RAW Grit is a high-intensity, mentally demanding training experience built to push limits and test resilience.

Classes are fast-paced and combine powerful conditioning with minimal rest to elevate heart rate and challenge both body and mind. Programming is intentionally simple and aggressive — allowing you to focus on effort, pacing, and mental toughness rather than complex technique.

Expect loud music, competitive undertones, and a finish that leaves you exhausted, accomplished, and energized.

RAW Restore

RAW Restore is a recovery-focused training experience designed to improve mobility, reduce stress, and support long-term performance.

Classes emphasize guided mobility, breathwork, flexibility, and nervous system regulation to help the body recover, reset, and stay resilient.

Restore is not passive. It is an active investment in how you move, feel, and perform.

Perfect For

All members — especially those training in RAW Function or RAW Grit — who want to move better, recover faster, and train consistently without burnout. Also supports injury prevention and a priority on longevity.

RAW also offers Crew Classes — small-group, performance-driven programs like HYROX prep. Crew Classes and Personal Training require separate enrollment and are designed for members looking for deeper focus and accountability.
