RAW CREW CLASSES

Specialized Small-Group Performance Training

Crew Classes are a premium training experience at RAW. These sessions are intentionally smaller, more focused, and more coach-intensive than standard group classes. Crew Classes are designed for members looking to train with greater specificity, accountability, and performance intent.

Crew Classes are not included in the Unlimited Class Membership and require separate enrollment


RAW Hyrox

RAW Crew — HYROX is a performance-driven, event-specific training program designed to prepares competitors for HYROX-style racing and high-output functional competition. This Crew focuses on strength endurance, engine development, race strategy, and mental toughness.

Programming is structured in cycles to build readiness while protecting recovery and long-term performance.

This Crew is ideal for members ready to train with greater intention, structure, and accountability — while still prioritizing longevity and smart progression.
