Message types include marketing promotions, appointment and class reminders, and account notifications. Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use first- and third-party cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager) for analytics and advertising.
